Cookie Policy for DBI IT A/S
This website uses cookies, which may mean that we process personal data about you.
We therefore recommend that you also read our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how and why we process personal data and provides information about your rights.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer when you use the internet. Cookies are most commonly used to record how you navigate the internet, for example how you use a particular website.
Cookies are also used to recognise you the next time you visit the same website. The data recorded by cookies is often used for statistical purposes and to improve the user experience on the website. A cookie does not contain viruses and therefore cannot harm your computer.
How we use cookies
We use different cookies depending on which of our websites you visit, and on whether you are using the public section of the website or are logged in.
Cookies are divided into the following categories to make them easier to get an overview of. You can read more about the categories in your cookie settings panel, where you can also see the names and details of each individual cookie. From the settings panel, you can also change your consent or withdraw it entirely, based on the categories of cookies for which you have given us consent.
Below is a brief overview of the types of cookies we use.
Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies ensure that our website functions. They help us, for example, remember that you are logged in, and are used for navigation on the website. Without these cookies, you cannot visit our website.
Functional cookies
These cookies allow us to remember your default choices and preferences, for example your choice of language, and to increase security on the website.
We use functional cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by updating your consent settings. On the public section of the website, you can do this via the cookie settings panel, which can be opened from the floating icon in one of the bottom corners of the website; once you are logged in to a product, you can manage your consent via the GDPR control panel under "My profile". You can also delete cookies. See the section below on deleting cookies for further information.
Statistical cookies
Statistical cookies help us understand how our visitors interact with the website, which regions they come from, and which devices, browsers and screen resolutions are used, and so on. This is particularly important for us to know when we develop new features on the website.
We use statistical cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by updating your consent settings. On the public section of the website, you can do this via the cookie settings panel, which is typically opened from the floating icon in one of the bottom corners of the website; once you are logged in to a product, you can manage your consent via the GDPR control panel under "My profile". You can also delete cookies. See the section below on deleting cookies for further information.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies allow us to contact you with relevant offers and news about our products and services. They also allow us to collect data about your interests, including which pages and advertisements you click on, and which products or services you show an interest in or purchase on this and other websites. We do this so that we can show you relevant advertisements and send you the most relevant offers. To show you targeted advertising on this and other websites, we work with other companies with whom we share data. You can read more about this in the description of each individual cookie in the cookie settings.
We use marketing cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by updating your consent settings.
How to change your consent or delete cookies
You can decide whether you want to accept cookies at all, and whether you want to delete them. You do this in the browser settings on your computer, phone or tablet. Please note, however, that if you disable cookies in your browser, certain features of the website may not work correctly.
At https://allaboutcookies.org/how-to-manage-cookies you can find instructions on how to delete cookies depending on which browser you use.
You can choose which types of cookies we may use, via your cookie settings panel. On the public section of the website, the panel can be opened via the small cookie icon that is typically found in one of the bottom corners of the website.
Once you are logged in to a product, you can typically find the panel in your profile settings. You can open your profile settings by clicking either an icon resembling a human silhouette or an icon resembling a cogwheel. From there, you can change your cookie consent after logging in.
If you want to withdraw your consent, meaning you no longer want us to store any cookies other than the strictly necessary ones, you can do so in two ways, depending on whether you are logged in or on the public section of our website.
On the public section of the website, you do this by clicking the small icon in the bottom corner, which opens the settings panel. In the panel, click the "Reject all" button. We will then store only strictly necessary cookies, and you will thereby have withdrawn your consent to all other types of cookies.
If you are logged in, go to your profile settings and then to your preferences for email, newsletters and GDPR settings. From there, you can request to change your consent choices, and in the new window, move the slider to the left for the cookies to which you do not consent.
If you need help with your settings, you are always welcome to contact us at support@dbi-it.dk or call us on +45 70 22 99 20.
